Welcome to the world of The Codgers, a football team like no other! Formed five years ago, this spirited group of over-50s has turned back the clock to keep the beautiful game alive and thriving. Made up of expats, professionals, retirees, and even a few dedicated players who fly in from the UK just to pull on the jersey, The Codgers are a testament to camaraderie, passion, and a love for the game that knows no bounds.
The team carries a special legacy, proudly named after their much-loved friend and player, Colin, affectionately known as "Codger." Though Colin may no longer be with us, his infectious spirit and love for football live on in every kick, every laugh, and every shared moment on the pitch. The Codgers aren’t just a team—they’re a family united by friendship, memories, and a shared belief that age is just a number when you’re doing what you love.
